Appraisal Review
: After speaking first with the client and his/her employee, your consultant will order the appraisals and the realtor’s market opinion. On receipt of the appraisals, realtor’s market opinion, homeowner’s disclosure and any required inspection reports....client’s policy on establishing guarantee price, marketing restrictions and contact information would be forwarded to CRPM electronically.
Upon receipt of all documents, information and instructions, CRPM will endeavour to complete the review and furnish it to you or the client within three business days. In the event a third appraisal is required we will contact your consultant or the client and request that one be ordered.
In service terms, the process is one where CRPM will provide clients with a professional review that will contain proactive marketing advice, estimated cost to carry the property and a projection of costs and strategy in the event of vacancy.


Property Marketing Updates: Every 30 days until the property is sold, CRPM will follow up with the realtor, receive their updated market report, update our marketing recommendations and forward the report to your consultant.

Policy Review: The client’s policy is forwarded to us with directions on areas that require review and design. All policies will be treated with full confidentiality and returned with our recommendations and comments.

In-House Training: We provide on-site training for your marketing consultants. Our training modules are designed to provide one-on-one attention in areas that require improvement. Please contact us for more information.

House Price Differential Reports:
On receipt of the origin property appraisals, we conduct a comparable analysis taking into account the property value, style, neighbourhood and amenities. These are then compared to an area at destination that offers similar housing, lifestyle and socio-economic environment.
