In founding CRPM, Brenda has brought a ‘Royal’ pedigree to the standards by which she operates.
She believes that her expertise in previous depressed markets and her years in the business combine to help her fill an important market niche within the employee relocation sector.
Brenda Olive-Sullivan
Brenda has over 30 years in the relocation industry and has extensive experience in marketing properties in depressed and buoyant markets alike.
She is a member of The Canadian Employee Relocation Council (CERC), The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the Real Estate Institute of Canada. Brenda maintains an active Real Estate License and has both a FRI and CERP designation.
Her Philosophy
Brenda believes that clients should be informed of all aspects of a relocating employee’s home so that they can make informed decisions up front with no surprises after the property goes into inventory.
In line with their philosophy, clients of CRPM will be advised of projected costs to attain a sale in the fastest possible time, thus minimizing costs/losses. Clients will also be kept updated on market trends on a regular basis and will receive informed and well thought out recommendations for any remedial steps to secure a bona fide sale.
